About Us
David and Irene Stanfield have been investing in real estate for about 20 years. The majority of that time was buy and hold single family rentals. Over the last 10 years we acquired a fourplex, then a Mobile Home Park with a 15 unit apartment building. We are now interested in acquiring a self storage facility. We spend majority of our time in Scottsdale, Arizona and spend summers in Washington state where we are from. We are a family of four, love to travel and explore new places.
